Systems integration

Connect the systems your work depends on.

Calvoryn helps connect software, APIs and operational workflows so information can move through a defined, testable path.

Where work gets lost

A form creates a request, but the operations system never receives it. A call ends, but the CRM record stays incomplete. A retry creates the same item twice. People become the link between systems that should share information.

Integration starts with the source of truth, the meaning of the data and the handoff that needs to work. Workflow automation builds on those relationships.

What the work can include

  • Mapping fields, identifiers and states between existing tools.
  • Connecting forms, CRMs, telephony and operational systems.
  • Implementing the missing API connection or event handoff.
  • Handling retries, duplicate events and partial failures.
  • Making failed or incomplete transfers visible to an operator.

Possible workflows include form-to-operations, CRM-to-telephony and billing-to-fulfilment. These are examples of potential scope, not references to completed client projects.

Custom implementation where a gap remains

A small adapter, internal tool or verification harness can be the right answer when existing products do not cover the requirement. The scope should be specific enough to test and simple enough for someone else to understand.

Custom work begins with a defined failure or operating need. Reuse the available tools where they fit, and write the missing part where they do not.

What gets tested

Check successful transfers alongside missing fields, rejected permissions, duplicate events, timeouts and changes to the source record. Agree what happens if one system accepts an update and the next one does not.

The operator needs to see an incomplete transfer, understand its state and know whether a retry is safe. The exact tests depend on the systems involved.

Work within the actual interfaces

Access to APIs, test environments and relevant documentation shapes the possible scope. Platform limitations and third-party dependencies need to be visible before a delivery plan is agreed. Ongoing maintenance and support are defined separately in the engagement.

Bring the systems and the broken handoff.

A simple map is enough: the tools involved, what should move between them, what currently happens and any deadline or access constraint.
